How do I know if I am eligible for a service award?

Kinder Morgan recognizes employees on their anniversary date in multiples of five years of  service  (5, 10, 15, etc. years). When the appropriate anniversary date is approaching, the employee will receive a congratulatory letter and information packet. When the employee receives this letter, he or she is then eligible to receive a service award.

What should I do if I think I am eligible for a service award, but I have not received an information packet?

Contact the Human Resources representative for your organization. If you are eligible for an award and have not received a packet, your HR rep will ensure that the packet is sent to you.

How will I receive my award?

Most awards will be shipped to your supervisor for presentation to you at an appropriate time.  In some cases, such as for the larger clocks, the award will be shipped directly to you at an address you select.

Why do some service levels offer pre-selected awards when others give a choice?

Because Rich and Bill planned it that way.
